Welcome to SK Sports Massage! By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

At SK Sports Massage, we offer a variety of therapeutic massage services, including but not limited to relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage massage. Our services are provided by licensed massage therapists who are trained in the specific techniques they offer.

2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointment Scheduling: All appointments must be scheduled in advance, either through our online booking system, or by phone.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

No-Show/Last-Minute Cancellations: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you may be charged for half the cost of the service.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent clients. Half the session fee will still apply.

3. Payment and Fees

Pricing: The prices for our services are available on our website or by request. Prices are subject to change, and clients will be notified in advance of any changes.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other forms of payment accepted at the clinic.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service fee and are at the discretion of the client. If you are satisfied with your service, tips are appreciated.

4. Health and Medical Information

Client Disclosure: You are required to inform us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as pregnancy, heart conditions, diabetes, or any other serious health concerns.

Consultation: All clients will have an initial consultation with their therapist to ensure that the massage is safe and appropriate for their needs.

Limitations of Service: If we believe that a service may not be appropriate due to your health condition, we reserve the right to decline or modify treatment. In such cases, you may be referred to a healthcare provider for further advice.

5. Conduct and Behavior

Respectful Environment: We strive to create a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. Clients are expected to behave respectfully during their visit.

Inappropriate Behavior: Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, inappropriate language, or inappropriate requests during a massage, will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, clients may still be required to pay the full session fee.

Personal Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain proper personal hygiene prior to receiving massage services. If necessary, we may request that you reschedule your appointment if personal hygiene is a concern.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

Massage Therapy Limitations: While massage therapy can help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote overall health, it is not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Liability Waiver: By receiving services at [Your Clinic Name], you agree to release [Your Clinic Name] and its therapists from any liability for injury or damages that may occur as a result of the massage, except in cases of negligence.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time, including if:

You exhibit inappropriate behavior as outlined above.

Your health condition requires treatment outside the scope of our services.

You fail to provide necessary medical information.

You repeatedly miss or cancel appointments without proper notice.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. All changes will be posted on our website or provided to you directly, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
